The Michigan Emergency Medicine Foundation (MEMF) is giving away scholarships for the 2024 Michigan College of Emergency Physicians (MCEP) Medical Student Forum which is held the weekend of January 25 – 28, 2024. In alignment with MCEP’s mission to improve diversity in the College, these scholarships will be awarded to students who are Underrepresented in Medicine (URM) from medical schools in the State of Michigan ONLY. The scholarship maximum value is $500 per person and is intended to help cover the cost of travel, lodging and food. There will be 2 scholarships given to for the 2024 MCEP Medical Student Forum. If you are not chosen for the scholarship, please still consider attending the MCEP Medical Student Forum. The application deadline will be Friday, December 1, 2023. Recipients will be notified by Monday, December 11, 2023.
